I found this course very helpful and super informative and to the point. Also Anjali is a great tutor and encourages everyone a lot to book the exams and get done with it which helped so much. She keeps the session interactive by making sure each and everyone participates actively. I loved the Bollywood dance part at the end the most. The workshop was both fun and full of learning.

When I was working at CITIC Telcom CPC BV, the organization was experiencing intercultural communication challenges such as language barriers, struggles, and anxiety among the teams due to the discomfort of not relating to someone can often add tension to the communication; Ethnocentrism was also prevalent. To resolve all these challenges and promote effective & healthy communication within the teams Anjali Bapna conducted a series of bespoke sessions for all the employees at CITIC EU headquarters. Thanks to her impressive background Anjali could immediately understand the challenges within the organization and sessions were arranged quickly.
